ÖNGERMELİ PREKAST KİRİŞLERİ NASIL YAPIYORUZ
ÖNGERME
Prekast kirişlerde yapılan öngerilme işlemi, çekme gerilmelerine karşı dayanımı çok düşük olan betonun, kullanım yüklerinin etkimesinden önce ileride oluşacak gerilmeleri dengelemek amacı ile yapay ve sürekli bir gerilme durumuna getirilerek tamamlanır.
Öngerme yükünün betona transferi için çelik tendonlar, projede verilen yüklerin hidrolik germe makinası için hesabı yapılarak kalıp içinde gerilir, daha sonra beton dökülür ve prizini aldıktan sonra tendonlar serbest bırakılır. Bu aşama ile birilikte önerme yükünün betona transferi tamamlanmış olur.
BUHAR KÜRÜ

Buhar kürü, ön germeli beton elemanların üretiminde ve prefabrik yapılarda, betonu mümkün olan en kısa sürede transfer mukavemetine ulaştıran bir yöntemdir.

Çimento ve kullanılan katkının özelliklerine bağlı olarak sıcaklık ve buhar süresi laboratuvar ortamında tespit edilir ve sahada uygulanır.

Buhar kürü ile beton, yüksek sıcaklık ve nemli ortamda tutulur. Bu sayede olgunluk hızı artar ve beton kısa sürede yüksek dayanım kazanır.
